Well here she is!
7 months old. Black Lab.
We have set up a schedule for visitors. Visitors may only come at night starting at 10 pm. Visits are to be 1 hour long. You are to take Maggie outside as soon as you begin your visit. There is no cost for this activity and we will leave the back door open so you can just enter.
On a related note,.....guess what I found yesterday!? A dry spot on the kitchen carpet! I was surprised to say the least. Yes, I know I have over 75 pairs of shoes (truth) but I go barefoot in the kitchen because I am so afraid I will step on her itty bitty paws.
Maggie Mae is sound asleep. She spent alot of time outside this morning and then her niece Tebow was over to play. It is in the 90's again so that wears her out too.
I am worn out too but I think that's because I was up until 4:00 am.
That's all folks! I need to read some posts. I am behind a bit.

It's still too early.
I am hot and tired. I feel terrible for all those who are having even hotter weather and/or have to work in it. Today we are going to meet Hunter's son and Matt's family at the Dells. So what do you wear to play mini-golf and then go to dinner at a place that requires reservations? Doesn't really matter because well, it's Wisconsin after all. Plus, I will be a bucket of sweat once we get there despite an air conditioned vehicle. Mini-golf may just be a thought on Hunter's part and if we end up sitting outside the pool in the sun for a few hours.,......that will not sit well .with me. I could bring my suit and... even though I couldn't care less about changing clothes in public like beside my car or at poolside, I think that could get me arrested. We plan to get there around 2pm and dinner reservations aren't until 7pm. What will we be doing in the mean time? We just wanted to spend some time with the grankids doing something other than watching them swim. Sure, that would be fine but they have a pool at home and they go to resorts/waterparks almost every weekend so their house stays clean.?????? So don't you think we could just play games or laugh or do all the things we do with my son and daughter and their kids? Please don't think I am doing a preferential thing regarding my kids against his kids. I am not like that. Well, we have much more fun with my kids' children but Hunter's kids all have their shit together financially so.......
For instance.....Saturday my son, his wife and their two kids (plus Tebow) came over. Jennifer and Cami went to Jenn's grandma's and John and I went to the flea market. Hunter watched Tebow. He loved it because he really misses having a dog. And yes,....it was really hot but John and I had the best time at the flea market. We were able to sneak a little time in front of the fans in some of the semi-open buildings and there was also a large building that was air-conditioned. Love being with that boy. Then once we got home we met up with Jenn and Cami at Buona Beef to eat. Afterwords, Jenn wanted to take me to her new favorite store that she discovered with her grandma. There was one on the way home to my house also so we girls went and John and Hunter went home. The store is called Charming Charlies, not that most of you are familiar with it, and in fact, I always though it was a restaurant. It was fun! Lots of trendy and inexpensive jewelry, hats, purses, some clothes and other inexpensive accesories. I bought 2 hats for Cami because she looks so damn cute in them and....she actually wears them. I only bought two scarves. They were so delicate and victorian looking and...What? Well yeah, I do literally have at least forty scarves but they don't take up any room so it's not like I am adding to the clutter. Oh, and some perfume just because it had a roller ball applicator. Now what? Yes as a matter of fact I do have alot of perfume already but this was just a tiny little vial. Now leave me alone!
Once we got home, Jenn and I went up to my bedroom and showed Cami all my purses. Now you'd think a girl her age would be all ooooo and ahhhh. Nope. She is kind of a little adult at times. She's like....why do you have so many? You don't have room for all these. Why do they still have price tags on them? (that little shit!) I'd already given her a tiny coach purse and a Kathy Van Zealand purse. Plus while we were up there looking I gave her another coach purse and another purse. Then we looked at my necklaces. You know, going to Grannies is like shopping at a really cool store. I had already given Jenn a Brighten purse and when we were looking at the jewelry, she liked a Lia Sofia necklace so that was hers.
But this is what I am talking about. Sure we made plans to go to the flea market but they were running late and that was fine with me. No strict time scheduale. Just fun.
I will be bringing a good attitude to the Dells. We will see what transpires. At the very least, it will be a nice drive and I know I'll get a good meal.
Sorry for any errors in this post. Either spell-check is broken or I am getting really good at spelling. I am laughing my ass of at my comment about spelling. Let's just say I will never enter a spelling bee.
Lakes, pools, lemonade for everyone!!!!!

After the sale and more so the day after, I thought I died .......
and went to ....er, no. I was too tired to even catch the bus to Heaven. I slept alot. Made a little over $300.00 as did my neighbor. My son and daughter-in-law worked their asses off. I smoked and drank coffee worked really hard too . Today we hauled the leftovers to Goodwill. Hunter says, "Now you are banned from Goodwill for 3 weeks because you would probably buy it all back." He's right. My neighbor -who talked me into having this sale- made coffee cake for our breakfast then a meal for us to come and get a plate of whenever we wanted. My grandson Josh -age 9- thought it was the greatest thing ever that he could just go over there. And man, you should have seen him selling lemonade. OMG! He was the cutest dude ever! He was hollering out, "Lemonade! Cold Lemonade! If you want it hot, then scram.!" He held the sign and then he was twirling it like they do in Vegas and I have seen this in Florida too. I gave him start-up money with no thought of getting it back. I'm Granny you know. Damned if he not only counted it up but he also returned the start-up cash to me when he had made enough. Their puppy Tebow is so precious! Everyone asked if she was for sale. The other two things that everyone wanted were the ladder at the end of the driveway that signifies a sale and was decorated with signs and a shiny, attention getting heart cascade. And....they wanted my little old wooden rocking chair that I had brought out for Josh to sit on. I am glad it's done and once again........."I SWEAR I WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER SALE!!!!!!"
Tomorrow we are going to Cain's ballgame. The weather will be really nice. We will not go to Meadow's game Thursday cuz it will be 100 degrees out. I was sure they wouldn't have these kids play in that heat but....yup, they have never cancelled due to the heat. I also see my therapist tomorrow.
Thursday I have my sleep study. I will have to have a talk with these people or they will just up my titration without even delving deeper. It could be because of the type of "mask" I use or,...sometimes I wake up and my arms are all red or my stomach has that pitiqia or whatever those red dots are that indicate a person isn't getting enough oxygen. I wish I could go to the place I went to the first time. That guywas young and cute very patient and observant. I do sleep very well though. It's just that I wake up and am so tired all the time.
I also think the synthyroid is making me tired aaaaannd messing with my blood sugar. But I love that it has somehow absorbed all my depression!!!!! It's like a miracle.
My son and I and his family want to go to the flea market. It is my favorite thing to do. My late husband and I used to go every month. Hunter and I have gone a few times and I have gone a few times alone and/or with my kids. John and I will go regardless of the weather. I totally crave a funnel cake. They also have those big pretzels but with cream cheese in the middle. To die for!
The following week brings a whole other type of family. Hunter's son and wife and our grandkids with them are going to be here from Florida. There is still a conflict of plans and I am staying out of it. Hunter and his son are two adults and can figure this out themselves. Shit, even as I am saying this, I plan to look up the Wilderness resort to see what/if we would pay to get into the water park just for the day. I think it is that Monday. The end of the week is Josh's birthday party to which my daughter will not be invited. Remember, my son and daughter's families have issues between them.
Just wanted you to know I have survived my final garage sale. What? I can hear you laughing you know.
Peace.

He's stalking me!!!!
Or....what is that thing.....no, not a doppelganger, Um...like a monkey on my back but no....how about a barnacle? Well no..I mean a barnacle just is there right? Then what???? A mosquito?
Your turn. What is something that just follows you around and bugs the shit out of you!? ( and I don't mean a two-year old.) I just had to get away so I took a Xanax and came out to the garage to spend some time with you. Guess who showed up not 3 seconds later. DAMN! I mean really? You just don't even want to know. And none of it is mean spirited. It's just one stupid phrase after the next.
I mentioned that I thought we had more of these chairs (white plastic) to sit on at the sale. Like the one over there, I pointed out. He said, "There, behind that ladder, are 6 oak folding chairs." Um. No.
I have a $360.00 Marino Orlandi briefcase that I am selling. Looks new. Next thing you know...he is saying to keep it and use it as a purse when we go to church. Whaaaat?
We have set up two tables and he brought out some of my totes but then he had to go through his old magazines to gather the ones he's giving to Brian- his 'boyfriend'. And as I was walking out the door with my arms full, he says, "As long as you are going out, could you take this tote out with you and put it with the others?" So I take out my handful of stuff and lay it down then go back in to grab the tote.
He tells me he is going to get up early and power wash the driveway and the patio tomorrow. I did get him to agree to do that next week. BTW, it's not dirty.
Then he's telling me to make meal plans for the next three days and go shopping. Says we aren't eating fast food - that's what John and Jennifer like. Me too when we are busy like this. Then he says we can take them out to eat. Lukes. Olive Garden.
Asked me if John still liked sweet tea. Said he'd make some for him and put it in a big jug and bring it out for him. I checked with John and he said yes. He didn't make it though.
They are bringing grand dog Tebow with them tomorrow. Jenn said they'd bring his crate. I said no....that's ok, we have one. Told Hunter and he said no....ours was too big and it would be too hard to get out of the garage - also not true.
Speaking of the garage, --------------
Sorry I left so abruptly there. My neighbor called and said to come over to their church cuz they were setting up ahead of time and we could go through first. I got 2 lefton figurines...a bird and a butterfly. These are china and about 5" high on tree branch with flowers. Anyway, I collect Lefton so I brought them home. While I was there I talked with the neighbor's mom who lives two doors down from us. Hunter always goes there to pick-up her old papers and have a cup of coffee ad stuff. She knows how he is in reality but I was really surprised when she said he says nice things about me. She wouldn't lie, right? I mean, she is the sweetest woman on earth. She's 89 and more active than I am.
Anyway, my Xanax has kicked in and after being at the church with them, I feel much better.
As always.....thanks for listening.
