Next mood coming right up!

What's the deal here?  I woke up ok for a change.  After having my cereal, I about fell asleep at the table.  Then got up intending to do a few things.  Hunter went grocery shopping and I washed the floors-you should see the big bruise on the inside of my upper arm from trying to reach around the toilet.  Yeah, it was the scrubbing the base of the toilet with a tooth brush kind of cleaning.  Opened up the house.  Ran to the store for cigs and peanut butter M&Ms.  Vacuumed and mowed.  That's a good day for me.  In fact, when Hunter got home he asked what I'd been drinking.  I said nothing.  He said good,..have some more.  (this was in reference to my mood)  We talked a bit and he was saying he doesn't really 'get' depression.  I told him I didn't understand why it shows up or goes away at will.  I just told him that I was having a good day so enjoy it.  He did and so did I.

Yay!! I get depressed at times.. sometimes it can hang around for weeks, other times, it lasts about an hour. I hate it, I don't take anything for it, and it really messes me up when it lingers for too long. I'm glad you guys had a good day!!

Moods can be so elusive. I really do enjoy when Im'm in a good space but at the same time think that it can turn at anytime.

Moods are fickle. I can go to bed feeling pretty good, and for no reason when I open my eyes in the morning I am this crazy person.

You had a good day. And darn it, let's hope the good days start to outnumber the bad days!

Glad you had a good day! You gotta run with them while you can. In time, your good days will outnumber your bad days. :-)

Um..yeah.

Depression. Not just a lying little B but also an energy zapper.

I hear you, sweet lady.

Hopefully, with summer coming up soon, we'll get a spring back in our step.
