"Oh...the sun'll come out. Tomorrow. Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow...."

We are leaving soon to go to the theater to see Annie.  Hunter has my bronchitis now.  I have finished my meds but am still sick.  I hope the music is loud and takes up most of the show.  Otherwise we may have to give up our awesome seats in the 4th row front to a couple in the back row.  That way we can run out to the lobby when we start coughing.  I am not wearing heels because I will not be able to run in them.  Yeah, I need to work on that.  And it's wet and dreary and has been except for those 2 sunny days.

Oddly, I am not depressed.  Just too run down to care.  Not that I don't care.  I mean....I probably do but just don't know it.  Um, yes.  Rambling is apparently a part of bronchitis.

That's about it.  Kids are doing well as far as I know.  I do expect to be hearing from my son frequently because his wife's grandma is coming today and will be staying for about 2 weeks.  She is very critical of Jennifer but not in a mean way.  Like....well I can't explain it.  She is all Jennifer has left to take the place of her mom who died when Jenn was in her early 20's.  My son gets sooooo upset and protective of his wife.  But if he steps in, Jenn gets upset.  It's like she knows Nana is wrong in saying what she does but doesn't want to call her on it.  I have told John to let it go.  That if it reaches critical mass before he runs grandma over with a reindeer, he tells Jenn he isn't feeling well and to ask her to accompany him to the washroom where he can ask her in private if there is anything he can do or say to help her.  I also told him to call or text me and let out all his frustration that way.
Uh.  Still rambling?  Sorry.  Will let you know if we get kicked out of the theater for coughing.  Perhaps we will even get arrested for disturbing the peace.

Speaking of which.....Maggot Maggie was back to humping her pink pillow in less than 24 hours of when we brought her home.  WTF!

My mentally challenged cat, Stumpy, has started humping things. Lenny did this all of the time before he died and I was happy I had hump adverse cats for once. But no. Stumpy has started humping things and now I'm worried Batman will start humping things. I don't know what Lola would do but it probably won't be awesome.

I'm encouraged that your mood is upbeat and the depression is not taking control. You are way better than that.

Good for you and your humour. I'm rather jealous of Maggie Mae. I would love to hump a pink pillow! Arf! Arf!

Pawsitive wishes and doggy kisses, Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar! xx

I reckon that the humping should and will stop soon but maybe that's being optimistic. Great post Middle Child, depression is not worth it and I'm glad that you've been recently keeping it well at bay.

Hate to say this, but I told you so. ;0)
What it is....it's all about keeping your pet alive longer by not getting cancer of the who-who,etc. They are subject to some of the same diseases that we are and by having them spayed...we are doing them a huge favor ....and of course ourselves as we get to have them to love just that much longer. My chihuahua Ginger wll be eleven on 12/17 and on occasion will still try to hump my right arm. My arm must look sexy ;0)
Lucky me.
Waitng to hear how you enjoyed your time out.
As for the other...it's alright for us to remark or complain about a family member of ours,BUT if any one else does, we get upset with them. Ya can't win. I shit you not!
(((hugs)))Pat

Hope you weren't kicked out of the theatre for coughing... and good luck in getting over your bronchitis, too. That crap is rough. I know about because I get it, very badly, quite easily.

Hope you have great holidays ahead, Middle Child!
