See? I told you I woud blog while he was gone.

Hunter left yesterday.  Within and hour of his leaving, I was speeding to the thrift store.  I honestly need to get this addiction under control.  I do mean it.  How does one do it?  I am guessing many women share this problem.  I am aware that I am trying to fill a void.  I am also aware that I get a high from it.   I don't have an answer for it.  Do you?

I had to stop bringing things in when I ran out of room. I don't get rid of anything, either. Yeah, I'm a sicko, I acknowledge it.

Me thanks that you have the impulse because it is a form of control that you don’t have when the ShitHead is around. And that you do it at the Thrift Store because it is much cheaper than mall stores, so he won’t get so mad or notice the money gone. I wish Judy felt that way.

I'm with Ms. A. I finally stopped doing yard sales and thrift stores, because I think I have no room for anything else. I need to throw a bunch of stuff out. I think you are entitled to enjoy yourself and buy something if you want.

My problem is that I'm finding it hard to find more stuff to get rid of, so I can't answer your question.

Shop but don't buy? Just have fun by your self.

Give yourself an allowance. Only buy if you have the cash, and freeze your checks and cards in a block of ice. If you need it for an emergency, you can still get to them, but it will keep impulse shopping under control.

Sorry; I don't identify with the problem, so I have no solutions to offer.

Blessings and Bear hugs!
