Wrapped Around My Brain.

Don't know what kind of creeping crud this is, but it can creep away anytime it wants. My antibiotics are strong and yet? - I've only been taking them a day and a half. Guess I need to learn patience. The Hunter seems to be feeling better. He is going to his son's on Friday to help him trim out his existing windows. We had 3 windows put in about what, 10 years ago? No trim yet. Only 5 of the 15 new windows are installed and none of them are trimmed. His son is FLYING in a friend to help with this. Really? See where I am at here? If The Hunter wasn't planning to leave Sunday to go up to his friends farm for a week or so,....I would want to kick his ass. Then too....I did get that ring and the coach purses. No, it's not that he has to buy my love....that is automatic and something I can't control. I love who I love, regardless of how I am treated. (Yeah, I probably need a separate therapist for that.) I am tired. My throat is still sore. My brains are probably scrambled except that I can't seem to think at all so I don't know for sure. One cool thing though. I woke in the middle of the night to deal with and reprimand my cough. I grabbed a Hall's cough drop, and took some pop out on the porch so I could smoke and relax,...Oh. You're having problem reconciling the fact that I am coughing too much to sleep but am smoking? I read somewhere that the act of smoking opens your airways. Really. Oh come on! I am a pretend doctor and so you should trust me. Wish I had the time, room supplies etc. to be creative. I think I will start with something simple and fulfilling like, coloring-see how messed up my keyboard is? I just typed cockring instead of coloring!- Will go now. Want to read as many posts as my computer allows. It gets to a certain point and then says something about line whatever,....Who knows. At least I am not afraid of the ghosts in my computer. OMG! I got completely sidetracked. The cool thing about the porch and smoking - a kitty came up on the porch to keep me company in the middle of the night. This has never happened before though there is a neighbor who leaves their cats out. We also saw deer tracks in the back yard. I live in an old town. I would have to say I was amazed. I mean, we can hop in the car and down the "windy road" and see deer in the woods. But they would have had to cross through the park -hardly any trees- across the street between two houses and right up to my tulips where they apparently had a midnight snack. Doesn't take much to excite me. (Coffey-have at it. If I'm gonna play straight man, I have to at least let you have the punch-line.)

oh god, hide the tulips from the deer. hair clippings. I've heard that keeps them away. Just go to your local hair place and ask for their stuff they sweep up off the floor. hurry, hurry.

Whenever I'm sick: I drink at least 2 quarts of water a day, and I take a "sweat bath." Literally. I need a shower after I cool off. I sit in the tub, covered with an oversized towel, run the water as hot as I can stand it,and I use an old plastic pitcher to continuously pour hot water over the parts of the towel that are above the surface. For half an hour. And I drink a quart of room temp water while I'm sitting there. When I get out,I lie between two towels on the bed until I stop sweating. I know - it's gross; I sweat like a draft-horse, but it clears my sinuses and lungs, and I swear it shortens the duration and eases all the symptoms. It raises my body temp, and I wonder if the brief artificial fever kills off some cooties. DON NOT try this when you're alone. If you get too hot you could pass out. Get out of the tub if you get nauseous. I hope you feel better soon.

p.s. Yes, bookmobiles are a dying breed. There are only a few left in my state, and it's really a privilege to drive one. In spite of my boss, I LOVE my job!

HAHA! I commit the same "sin" but you can never mention it. I have a few friends/readers who would KICK my ARSE if I openly spoke about it. Btw - it's not about the fact that your man is buying your love, he's giving gifts because il t'adore, ma cherie! Mine does the same. He wants to make you happy, not to mention having the pride of knowing when someone asks about the Coach bag that you'll say "my man bought it for me." That's his way of knowing your talking and thinking of him.

btw- long awaited post up. Finally!

Your mention of your untrimmed windows, reminded me of the cobbler's kids who had no shoes!

I don't doubt you are easily excited...but you just don't have anyone to bring that excitement to fruition on a regular bases. Just beware of strangers bringing you cartons of cigarettes.
