Where am I and how did I get here?

First a shout out to Jenny @ jewelrygirl. Miss you. Good luck and speedy recovery.

The Hunter was gone for a month and you'd think I would be blogging my heart out, right? Well, it finally dawned on me that I blog when he's home - 1, because it gets me away from him I guess and 2, I am back to smoking outside. Trust me, it makes sense. Anyway, he brought beautiful wreathes and garland back from up north. Haven't put it up yet but tomorrow seems promising (weather-wise). We went to church at The Hunter's mom's old church about an hour away from here. Then we stopped at the apple orchard because we had a $50 gift cert. and this was the last day they were open. Then we stopped to eat and now we are both tired. This is getting ridiculous! There used to be a thing called pep pills back in the olden days. Is that the same as speed? Is there something new and legal that I could/should be taking? Should I go ahead and get a job where I can just lay on my back in bed all day? Hmm, yeah well,.....

In case you are wondering, The Hunter got nothing but he did tell me hit shot 3 rounds into a tree cuz his hunting buddy couldn't find him. Does he have to get that baby registered? Ha! And so,..my son and his family have moved from the place they were in (for 6 whole months) into another place, still in Las Vegas. I wish they would understand that they need to find a place they can afford and stay there for at least 5 years. Afford,...well, considering they have no income,...still waiting for their disability. But my 7 year old grandson is a wreck because of all the moving and stress of their nomad lifestyle, though it kind of isn't all their own doing. My son had/has the brain tumor and his wife has all kinds of health problems etc,. Then there's my daughter who has picked up a seasonal job at Target in addition to her full time job In the ER. Black Friday is her "Holiday". Between work and shopping, she ended up staying awake for 36 hours straight. Then she went to bed and slept clean through until the following morning.

So,...I am going to go watch my too-full DVR. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. Peace.

If you figure out that job that allows you to stay in bed let me know!

You seem really overwhelmed. Try to take care of yourself. Watching your DVR-ed shows is probably a good start.

Actually yep, the stuff I use and am a rep for is a great energy boost and it is natural and great for your health. It would even be beneficial for your son especially recovering from cancer..

There is a job like you are asking about but it's illegal in 49 states.

Ahh. The perfect job of staying in da house in bed, big slippers, coffee, and a cabana boy. We all need one of those, right? Keep your chin up, things will get better!Great hunting story. Glad he didn't get lost for a long time. Do you call him a tree killer, now? :)

Sweetie, it's nice to see you back. I'm sorry things are rough for your family. There's a lot of that going around.
