A trillion Zucchini

Why would someone plant a bunch of zucchini only to get mad that there are so many of them. I like the veggie. I would plant one plant. Is that a hard concept to grasp? And there seems to be anger involved in the tossing of spoiled zucchini. Well, I did make 2 loaves of bread with it. (also made one batch choc. chip cookies w/ walnuts and one with pecans.) but no,...no zucchini. So what's a good wife to do? I will adjust my menu.

Sunday: Breakfast - Oatmeal with zucchini.
Lunch - Grilled cheese and zucchini with a bowl of zucchini soup.
Dinner - Zucchini stuffed pork chops with zucchini slaw.

Monday: Breakfast - Zucchini omelet with zucchini juice.
Lunch - Zucchini salad with zucchini dressing and zucchini bread.
Dinner - Order take-out! Zucchini pizza, extra zucchini.

I won't go any further. This isn't women's day you know!!!
