I didn't even go to bed Thur. night. Did go to bed Friday night. Slept about 10 hours. Saturday night I went to bed just before 3 am. Woke Sunday at 9am. Slept 1.5 hours last night. Hmmm. Tired, not dizzy but tippy? I don't know.
Next week is my last week at PHP. Don't see a real difference but I did learn alot and have a good set of tools to work with. I am taking Welbutrin now and don't see a difference. Can anyone tell me if that is what is causing my dry mouth.
Hunter has been gone since Jan.6th. He will be back any time in 2 -6 days. Joy. Don't get me wrong, I am more than ready for him to be here but I still haven't done ANYTHING here. I suppose he is used to that by now.
Not much else. My nails are too long for me to type and also my brain is swinging btween sleep and wakefullnes.

I am so sad to hear that you are (mostly) sleepless in (not) Seattle. I think I have finally got my sleep-wake routine worked out. I am in bed 12 to 13 hours at a time; I sleep most of that, though I'm often awake for an hour to two. Fortunately I have few commitments, and good sleeping pills, so things tend to work out reasonably well.
I do wish I could send you something to help you get a good rest an night. Sigh.
Blessings and Bear hugs!

Good luck to you and your endeavours. Sorry you are not sleeping well!
Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.
